How to be an extra?
People have been asking me how to get to be an extra in Nim’s Island, but I’m afraid I honestly don’t know. Yes, it’s true that I’m going to be one (along with my husband, and the book’s illustrator, my friend Kerry Millard) but that was a slightly different route. In fact I guess that route started when I started writing the book nine years ago.
