Tomorrow morning I’ll be talking to Inga Norgrove at Radio 3SR in Shepparton. I’m feeling quite nostalgic: my kids grew up in the listening region as we farmed outside Shepparton – at Strathmerton, then Numurkah (Waai), and finally Cobram-Yarroweyah, for 19 years. I worked at the Goulburn Valley Base Hospital in Mooroopna and then Shepparton for 10 years – and in fact I’m prety sure that my first ever author radio interview was on this station!
Wendy Orr is a Canadian-born Australian writer. Her books for children and adults have been published in 27 countries and won awards around the world.
